Ethos and Philosophy
Club Culture:
- Offering opportunity for all young people to participate in football
- Providing a safe and positive environment for all players.
- Delivery of age-appropriate coaching
- Promoting good behavior and respect for others
- Ensuring the long-term development of the player is at the forefront
All of these will ensure children who are a part of Northwich Victoria JFC will develop not
just as footballers but as people too.
Coaching Aims:
- Foster a coaching mentality that harnesses the club culture
- Develop players using the Four Corner LTPD Model
- Communicate effectively and age appropriately
- Understand your players and their uniqueness
- Adapt all training sessions and matchdays for your players
- Provide a pathway for players to stay in the game
- Support and Inspire.
Established 1985 Northwich Victoria Junior Football Club is an FA Charter Standard Community Club based in Northwich, Cheshire
Northwich Victoria Junior Football Club compete in various age groups from U6 To Open age at varying levels in the Mid-Cheshire/South Cheshire and the Junior Premier League.We maintain an affiliation with both Cheshire FA and Northwich Victoria FC
Northwich Victoria Junior also boasts a number of girls youth and Ladies teams under the name Northwich Vickie's and Vixens. Male and Female Teams train and play games at numerous excellent facilities and venues from Cheshire FA s Moss Farm to the Grange school.
